AZ Electrical & Wiring Enterprise, Selangor, KL, Seremban and Putrajaya: DB upgrades, wiring and troubleshooting

AZ Electrical & Wiring Enterprise is a wiring business that advertises for Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Seremban and Putrajaya. It posts its ad in Pendawai Elektrik, a national Facebook group for electrical work, a few times a week. Unlike many ads in the group, its list leads with DB work: replacing old DBs and upgrading single- and three-phase boards. It advertises labour from RM30, and no shop.

This page is built from its own Facebook posts from January to October 2026. It describes what the business advertises, not work we’ve checked.

What it advertises

Its ad has stayed the same from 5 January 2026 to 9 October 2026, for homes, shops and factories:

• replacing old DBs with new ones, and upgrading DBs, single phase and three phase
• new wiring, repairing existing wiring and troubleshooting wiring
• changing switches and plugs
• fitting lights, and ceiling and wall fans
• CCTV installation

Its flyer from 18 May 2026 adds wiring inspection, extra wiring and plugs, water heaters, airconds and aircond plugs, TV brackets and cabinets, curtain rods, and upgrading a supply from single phase to three phase. Moving to three phase needs an application to TNB, which a contractor registered with the Energy Commission has to prepare, and a new three-phase DB; see single vs three phase before asking for one.

Prices

Every ad says “upah murah bermula dari RM30”: cheap labour, from RM30. The ad gives no price for any particular job, including the DB replacements it leads with. As context only, our house wiring prices guide gives installation-only rates, with the owner supplying the item, of about RM25–35 to fit a light and RM30–35 for a socket; for replacing a small single-phase DB, answers ranged from RM100 to RM1,200, and the most common were RM350–500 with all-new components. Ask for an itemised quote that says what’s included.

Past work it has posted

None that we could identify as its own. Its posts carry two designed flyers; the January flyer has a few photos of ceiling fans and lights, including a man fitting a ceiling fan, but nothing says they are its jobs.

Register check

Neither 011-1072 2570, 011-2067 6979 nor the name AZ Electrical & Wiring appears in Suruhanjaya Tenaga’s public registers of electrical contractors and competent persons (snapshot of 6 October 2026). That doesn’t prove the person doing the work isn’t registered: registered wiremen and contractors are listed under their own name, company and phone, which can differ from a trade name or the number in an ad. For a DB change or new wiring, ask which registered wireman will test and sign off the job.

How active it is

We found 131 posts with 011-1072 2570 on 121 different days between 5 January and 9 October 2026, all in Pendawai Elektrik (posts we’d collected up to 10 October 2026). 125 were its ad; it posted on 6 to 21 days a month (6 in October up to the 9th). The other six were its own requests and sales: renting scaffolding near Kajang or Bangi in January, daily-paid workers for a job in Manjung, Perak in April, and selling SIRIM 4mm² cable in June. Last seen advertising: 9 October 2026. We found no posts by other group members recommending it.

A TikTok account, AZ ELECTRICAL & WIRING, posts the same ad, including a video captioned as a finished job (ceiling and wall fans, new sockets, an MCB that kept tripping). Its group posts come from a personal Facebook profile; we found no business page for it.

Not to be confused with AZ Electrical & Wiring, a Facebook page in Gombak and Batu Caves with 011-1726 6454. We found no link between the two numbers.
