Where it is
Google Maps and NSB Lighting’s dealer page give No. 15 Hilir Paya Terubong, and the shop’s newer Facebook page gives No. 15 Hilir Paya Terubong 1, the street of Growin Electric Supplies. The map pin is approximate: it sits on the same spot as Growin’s. Philips’ list still gives units 29-1-3 and 29-2-3 at The Golden Triangle on Jalan Paya Terubong, and the shop’s older Facebook page also gives Jalan Paya Terubong. What it supplies
The shop’s own photos on Google Maps show display bays of pendant lights (copper and chrome globes, wire cages, wooden and coloured shades), chandeliers and ceiling lights, a wall of priced wall lights, and ventilating fans displayed on the counter. These photos are undated and may show the earlier premises. A customer who reviewed the shop in June 2022 posted photos of a ceiling of display fans above an aisle crowded with lamps, with NSB Fan cartons and a KDK ventilating-fan box. Its Facebook posts from 2019 advertised ceiling lights and X-LED and Xtreme ceiling fans. We saw no breakers or cable, and found no price list or online shop.
NSB. NSB Lighting’s Penang where-to-buy page lists Light Us Concept at the Hilir Paya Terubong address. NSB makes ceiling fans and lighting.
Philips. Philips Lighting Malaysia’s where-to-buy list names Light Us Concept as a retail store, at the Golden Triangle address (see the Philips brand page).

Google shows 3.7 from 16 reviews (13 October 2026). The newest, from September 2026, praises a staff member’s patience, and an August 2025 review praises the choice and prices of downlights. On the critical side, a July 2025 reviewer complained of a faulty fan. In April 2024 a buyer wrote that LED lights ordered from the shop at a HOMEDEC fair at SPICE Arena still hadn’t arrived a month later, and a 2019 reviewer said staff ignored a price question. If you order something that isn’t in stock, agree a delivery date and keep the receipt.
