What it supplies

Listed by the brand: Philips names LTP Electrical Hardware Sdn Bhd at No. 37-G, Jalan Bukit Mewah 11, with this shop’s phone, on its Malaysian where-to-buy list (retail stores, list captured 8 October 2026). The listing supports the relationship, not stock of every Philips product.

Signboard: the Heng Lee signboard carries Schneider Electric, Philips, Panasonic, Joven, Elmark, Liko and KDK logos. The photo is undated, and we haven’t confirmed that this sign is still up.

What photos show: fans are the most visible line. They include stacks of Panasonic Bayu ceiling-fan cartons at the door, a display of decorative ceiling fans, and cartons of Sumei, Elmark, Deka, Lumafan, Monzio, Silenz, Mahita and Fanco fans. The photos also show pendant lamps and a wall of hanging accessories: plug tops, extension sockets, remote controls and LED replacement modules. There are 100 m coils of ITOKU and Maxim 2.5 mm² PVC insulated cable (450/750 V), PVC auto control cable and boxes of Salzer cabinet cooling fans. Two of the shop’s own photos are date-stamped June and July 2023. We saw no breakers or distribution boards in the photos.

Facebook posts: the company’s posts from December 2024 to July 2025 cover both shops. They advertise Siemens Delta switches and sockets, LED downlights, floodlights and bulbs, magnetic track lights, cable trunking, cable tray, strut channel, GI conduit and paint. In early 2025 they gave starting prices of RM78 for three-blade ceiling fans, RM7 for LED downlights, RM180 for water heaters, RM138 for remote-control ceiling fans and RM6 for T5 LED tubes. Those are the shop’s own advertised prices from 2025, not current quotes.

Maxguard’s dealer list doesn’t name LTP, although the Seri Putra shop’s signboard shows the Maxguard logo. Nor do the Schneider, Hager or CHINT lists that we hold.

Contact and visiting

Call 03-8733 3771, the number on Google Maps, on Philips’ list and on the shop’s Facebook page. The Heng Lee signboard gives it as both telephone and fax. The Facebook page’s WhatsApp button goes to 012-634 1669. The page is called 《龙城兴利电器五金》, and its latest post we saw dates from July 2025. We found no website, and we didn’t check Shopee or Lazada.

Google Maps gives Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 9am to 12:30pm. A second Maps listing for the shop, under the Chinese name 興利電器五金貿易, gives Monday to Saturday closing as 6:30pm. The company’s early-2025 posts gave Sunday as 9:30am to 1pm.

Google shows 4.9 from 63 reviews (18 October 2026). The five newest are short 5-star notes posted between 7 and 11 August 2026. Three of them, posted on 11 August, each name a product: Elmark ceiling fans, MK and SIRIM cables. Two reviewers also posted on the Seri Putra shop’s listings within about a minute and a half of their reviews here, so treat the rating as a weak signal.

Not to be confused with Heng Lee Electrical Engineering Sdn Bhd, an electrical contractor in Kluang, Johor, or with Heng Li Lighting Centre (興利燈飾中心) in Johor Bahru.
