What it supplies

Two brands list Jaya Utara:

• Schneider Electric. Schneider Electric Malaysia’s all-authorised-partners locator lists the company as a “DIY & retailer” partner, tagged for electrical protection and control, home systems, and light switches and sockets (partner page). Schneider’s address line (“No.703 & 704, Jalan Menanti, 62, Taman Sena Indah, Simpang Tiga”) looks garbled. Its phone number matches the shop at No. 828. See our Schneider brand page.
• Philips. Philips Lighting Malaysia’s where-to-buy list names the company twice among its retail stores at No. 828, Jalan Menanti.

The photos also show LS Electric and EPS boxes, Milwaukee tools and Panasonic batteries. That shows what was on display when the photos were taken, not current stock.

Call 04-731 8822. Schneider, Google Maps and Philips all give this number. Philips’ list also gives the mobile 012-433 7517. A directory lists the website jayautara.com, but it showed a blank page when we checked. We found no Facebook page or online shop.

Google Maps gives Saturday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm, closed Friday, in line with Kedah’s Friday weekend.
