What it advertises

From 4 January 2026 to March 2026 its ads, under its earlier name, listed:

  • electrical wiring, and fitting lights and fans
  • installing and changing distribution boards (DBs)
  • water heaters
  • earthing (pembumian)
  • finding the cause of electrical faults
  • LED downlights and LED light sets
  • inspecting a whole house’s wiring

From February 2026 its longer list adds single-phase and three-phase work, switches and sockets, meters for rented rooms, EV chargers, DB boxes, and supplying metal and PVC DB box sets. It began advertising EV charger installation in February 2026.

Its latest electrical ad, posted from 3 September 2026, offers house wiring, extra points and sockets, DB and MCB installation, troubleshooting, wiring for renovations, EV and wallbox chargers, and checks before installation, for homes, shops and offices. Its flyer in that post carries the name Risha and shows 7 kW single-phase and 22 kW three-phase chargers. The flyer also lists aircond points, CCTV and TV brackets, and renovation work: painting, plumbing, wall panels and plaster ceilings. It says the work is done by a certified electrician; that is its own statement.

Since 22 September 2026 it has also advertised raising water pressure in two-storey houses without a pump.

Where it works

Its September flyer names Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Negeri Sembilan. Its posts about finished jobs name Petaling Jaya and Klang (January 2026), Rimbayu and Puchong (January), a house rewiring in Shah Alam (January), a DB change in KL (January), Gombak (May–June) and Setapak (June), wiring and a plaster ceiling in Cheras (July) and an EV charger in Subang Jaya (August). It has also offered itself as a wiring subcontractor to main contractors in Selangor and KL (undated post). It advertises no base town.

Prices

It doesn’t advertise prices. For typical rates, see house wiring prices in Malaysia and upgrading a DB box. If you’re adding an EV charger, single-phase vs three-phase supply explains what each supply allows; for earthing, see home earthing and surge protection.

Past work it has posted

Most of its job posts carry photos it posted as its work: new switch and socket plates, ceilings with fans, downlights and cove lighting, two DBs and an EV wallbox. Two examples: a DB on a tiled wall with two rows of EPS MCBs, from its post about a DB change in KL (31 January 2026); and track lights, pendant lamps and a black ceiling fan from its Gombak posts (June 2026). Between February and April 2026 it also posted looking for helpers who can do wiring for jobs in Kuala Kubu Bharu and Putrajaya. We haven’t seen these jobs.

Register check

Neither 016-319 5137 nor the names Risha Electrical, Risha Enterprise or its earlier trade name appear in Suruhanjaya Tenaga’s public registers of electrical contractors and competent persons (snapshot of 6 October 2026). That doesn’t prove the person doing the work isn’t registered: registered wiremen and contractors are listed under their own name, company and phone, which can differ from a trade name or the number in an ad. For wiring, a DB change or an EV charger, ask which registered wireman will test and sign off the job.
