What it supplies
This is a general hardware shop with an electrical section, not a specialist electrical wholesaler. Its website’s category list covers lighting, hardware, electrical accessories, home appliances, kitchen, AV and electronics, car accessories and bathroom items. Contributor photos on Google Maps show long aisles of tools and packaged hardware, a wall of phone cables and chargers, and crimp terminals and cable lugs in Thye Huat’s own packaging. One reviewer mentions buying screws, brackets and switches, and another says staff help find items if you bring a picture. A contributor photo shows Philips lamp boxes in the shop window.
Philips. Philips Lighting Malaysia’s where-to-buy list names Thye Huat Sdn. Bhd. at 126-128 Jalan Pintal Tali as a retail store (see the Philips brand page). The listing confirms the relationship, not stock of a particular lamp. We found the shop on none of the other dealer lists we hold (Schneider, Hager, Maxguard and CHINT).
Buying and contact

The website has a shopping-cart layout but listed no products when we checked (October 2026). Its “Buy Online” link goes to a Thye Huat store on PGMall, which we couldn’t open because of a bot check. We found no official Facebook page.
