What it advertises

Its first ad in our data, on 20 January 2026, offered only aircond work. From 21 January it added wiring, plumbing and civil work. About half of its posts mention wiring or electrical work; the rest are about aircond only. Its electrical posts describe:

  • wiring for a new house: conduit and cable, sockets, lights, fans and a DB panel (24 January)
  • a faulty lighting circuit, fixed with a new cable from the DB (28 January)
  • replacing a burnt ELCB and an undersized cable on an 8 HP aircond unit (6 February), and a new ELCB and supply cables for another aircond unit (30 March)
  • wiring and DB troubleshooting across Melaka (13 February)
  • a 24-hour electrical call-out in Melaka, first advertised on 23 February and again on 26 February. A 19 March flyer lists control panels, single- and three-phase DBs, lighting, pumps and fire alarm systems.

From late January most posts end with the same lines: “Competent A0 chargeman” for electrical troubleshooting, “specialist aircond technician”, “fire alarm technician” and “warranty diberikan” (warranty given). These are its own statements. The ads name jobs in Batu Berendam, Bukit Katil, Ayer Molek, Kota Syahbandar, Klebang, Pokok Mangga, Padang Temu, Tun Sri Lanang and Jasin.

Prices

Its only price is in a post about a finished new-house job: “bawah RM2,500” (under RM2,500) for adding and fitting light and socket points, lights, fan points, an exhaust fan switch, washing-machine piping and ceiling touch-ups (3 February 2026; reposted 8 February). The post doesn’t say how many points that covers, so it can’t be compared with the per-point rates in house wiring prices in Malaysia. Ask for an itemised quote. Its other ads say “murah” (cheap) and “harga boleh runding” (price negotiable) without figures.

Photos it posted as its work

Its posts carry many photos, mostly of aircond jobs. A few show electrical work: white conduit run across the roof trusses of a new brick house (24 January) and a three-phase board with a 4-pole Maxguard RCCB among EPS MCBs (30 March; the post describes replacing a 60A ELCB). Photos on one 1 February aircond post carry another business’s watermark, so we don’t count those as its work. We haven’t seen any of these jobs.

Registration and register check

Its Facebook profile gives SSM no. 202603045545 (MA0342713-M); we haven’t checked it with SSM. We found neither 019-684 7738 nor the names TRS M&E Engineering and that SSM number in Suruhanjaya Tenaga’s public registers of electrical contractors and competent persons (snapshot of 6 October 2026). That doesn’t disprove its “competent A0 chargeman” claim. Registered chargemen and wiremen are listed under their own name and phone, which can differ from the number in an ad. For wiring or DB work, ask which registered competent person will test and sign off the job.

How active it is

We found 76 posts on 47 different days between 20 January and 5 September 2026, all in the national Pendawai Elektrik group and all from its own profile. Most were in January and February (41 in February alone). It posted nothing there from 17 April to 3 September, and two of its four September posts repeat the text of earlier job posts. We collected that group’s posts continuously up to about 10 October 2026, so these counts are a floor. Google also finds the same ads in PENDAWAIAN ELEKTRIK MALAYSIA 2026 and Tukang Rumah Malaysia; we couldn’t date those. We found no recommendations from other members. Last seen advertising: 5 September 2026, in Pendawai Elektrik.
