What it sells
Listed by the brand: Philips names Yat Sin Electrical & Supplies at No. 54 Jalan Sepadu on its Malaysian where-to-buy list (retail stores, list captured 8 October 2026), with the landline 03-7982 3249. The listing supports the relationship, not stock of every Philips product.
What its signboard claims (shop’s photo, March 2021): a panel headed “Diedarkan untuk / Distributor For” names mk-four (data, voice and video cabling), WinTek Cabling System, Tecpro cable, Davymorgan, PerfectOne LED Lighting and Cahaya LED. That is the shop’s own claim; we haven’t checked those brands’ dealer lists. Posters at the front advertise KDK fans and Legrand’s Galion switches, and there are Opple and FSL lighting signs.
What photos show: the shop’s own photos on Google Maps, taken between December 2020 and September 2025, are mostly lamps and small parts. They show boxed Philips Master PL-C compact fluorescent lamps, an NVC spiral lamp, FSL LED bulbs (its T10 and T14 E27 lines) and downlights, E14 lampholders, a Rank IP55 weatherproof switch, a plug adaptor and an old-style bakelite fuse carrier and base with a cartridge fuse. A customer’s photo from 2018 (pictured above) shows glass-fronted shelves of boxed lamps and a Schneider AvatarOn switch display at the entrance. Apart from that fuse carrier and a drum of black cable used as a table in the 2018 photo, we saw no circuit breakers, distribution boards or cable in the photos, so call before going for those.
None of the Schneider, Hager, Maxguard or CHINT dealer lists that we hold names the shop.
Services
Reviewers describe a counter that will price a shopping list before picking the items, and the owner explaining how to install bulbs. A 2018 review describes a designer wall light converted from halogen to LED bulbs, so the shop may take on small lamp conversions and repairs; ask first.

Those directory listings are under the older company name and may be out of date. We found no website or Facebook page.
