That listing still gives its older office at Empire Tower, SS16, Subang Jaya. On its products page, Alpha Support calls itself an authorised reseller for Synology, APC (Schneider’s UPS brand), Dell, Kaspersky, Xero and other IT brands. It also says customers can bring warranty claims for products bought through it. If you need an APC UPS supplied and set up as part of an office IT job, this is that kind of company.
