What it sold
Schneider Electric Malaysia’s all-authorised-partners locator still lists De Five, spelled “De Five Distributors”, as a “DIY & retailer” partner at Lots 2-09 to 2-16, Viva Home, and describes it simply as “DIY”. HCE, a Malaysian bathroom-fittings brand, lists the same store and phone number among its Klang Valley distributors. Google Maps classed it as a hardware store.
Both brand listings appear to be out of date. Schneider’s partner list is useful for finding Schneider retailers, but closed shops can stay on it.
If you were looking for it
The listed number, 03-2788 0966, appears on Schneider’s listing, Google Maps and HCE’s list. It may no longer connect. The company itself was registered in 2004 (200401018339) for general trading, according to a company-registry listing. That record doesn’t show whether it still trades elsewhere.
For electrical supplies on the same road, Eco Jaya Elektrik is a Maxguard-listed dealer at 27-1, Jalan Loke Yew.
