A sign on the office reads 'Pengedar Barangan Elektrik' (electrical goods distributor) with the company name, its Chinese name 金城電器有限公司 and a KS logo (photos from March and October 2018). Four large billboards run along the warehouse roof. In April 2022 they advertised Joven water heaters and appliances, Panasonic fans and appliances, Ledvance lighting (under the words 'Kedai Elektrik', electrical shop) and KDK's Nadoka smart ceiling fan. In October 2018 a Philips lamp board stood where the Ledvance board stood in April 2022. The company's TEEAM listing describes it as an 'authorized distributor for Philips lighting / dealer in electrical products'. Customers say they bought fans here (2020, 2021, April 2024; the 2024 review names two KDK fans and adds 'they have Joven appliances too'), and one says staff answered questions before a new-house purchase (2023).
