LB Electrical Works, Johor Bahru – wiring for homes, shops and factories (WhatsApp 016-796 1521)

LB Electrical Works is a wiring team in Johor Bahru (新山拉电服务). Its ads offer wiring for homes, shops and factories, and installing sockets, lights, fans and DB boxes. It advertises its own team, Mega cable and free on-site quotes. It posts in two Chinese-language JB groups and has its own Facebook page, Instagram and Xiaohongshu accounts. It advertises no shop.

This page is built from its own Facebook posts from January to September 2026 and its Facebook page. It describes what the business advertises, not work we’ve checked.

What it advertises

It has run the same few ads all year. The first in our data, on 13 January 2026, reads “JOHOR BAHRU 新山区拉电服务”, with “专业团队｜免费上门估价｜专业建议全包” (professional team, free on-site quotation, full advice). From 5 February it also ran an English version, “Renovation & Wiring Services”. Together they offer:

• electrical wiring for factories, shops and homes
• installing sockets, lights, fans and DB boxes “in one go” (一次搞定)
• installing electrical appliances (“拉电 + 安装电器”, on its 19 January flyer)
• a free on-site quote and advice

The ads say it uses its own team and doesn’t outsource (“自家团队，不外包”), and wires with Mega cable. A flyer in its 19 January post adds “家族事业” (family business) and “服务18年” (18 years in service). These are its own statements. Its Facebook page lists Gelang Patah, Kangkar Skudai, Kulai and Johor Bahru as service areas.

It doesn’t advertise prices; its ads offer a free quote and ask you to message. For benchmarks, see house wiring prices in Malaysia and upgrading a DB box.

Online presence

Its Facebook page (category Electrician, about 8,000 followers on 12 October 2026) gives registration no. 202103366747 (003348758-D), which we haven’t checked with SSM. Its Instagram (@lbelectricalworks, about 500 followers) gives the same registration number. Its Facebook page posts short videos it presents as its wiring and DB-change jobs; its Instagram has highlights titled 施工现场 (on site) and 电工日常 (electrician’s day). Its ads also give a Xiaohongshu (小红书) ID, 5502782651. We didn’t archive any job photos from its group posts (one carried a flyer, another was a video), so we have none to show here.

Register check

We found neither 016-796 1521 nor the name LB Electrical Works, nor registration no. 202103366747 (003348758-D), in Suruhanjaya Tenaga’s public registers of electrical contractors and competent persons (snapshot of 6 October 2026). That doesn’t prove the person doing the work isn’t registered. Registered wiremen are listed under their own name and phone, which can differ from the number in an ad. For wiring or DB work, ask which registered wireman will test and sign off the job. Our JB electricians guide explains the check.

How active it is

We found 66 posts between 13 January and 30 September 2026, on 33 different days: each ad went to both 新山拉电佬介绍群 and 新山装修（拉电群） within a minute, from a personal account sharing its page’s posts. That is two to six posting days a month. We collected both groups’ posts continuously up to about 10 October 2026, so these counts are a floor. Google also finds its ad shared in 新山装修好Lobang, undated. We found no recommendations from other members. Last seen advertising: 30 September 2026, in both groups.

Contact

WhatsApp 016-796 1521 (WhatsApp), the only number in its ads and on its page, or message its Facebook page or Instagram. It advertises no premises, so arrange a site visit.
