Products and business
EV charging specialist: supplies and installs home and commercial EV wall chargers (7 kW single-phase to 22 kW three-phase), prepares sites for a future charger and troubleshoots charging systems. Its services page promises a 1-year installation warranty and says a wall installation usually takes 2 to 4 hours. Its website's store page lists the Wallbox Pulsar Plus 7 kW, SafeCharge 7 kW and Autel MaxiCharger AC 22 kW chargers (prices on enquiry) and says it also supplies charger components and spare parts. Its website calls it an installer approved by MGTC (Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation) and certified by charger makers such as Wallbox and EO, with a team of ST-certified competent persons; these are its own claims. Customer photos on its Google Maps listing show wall chargers installed at house porches (Wallbox, Proton and other makes), each with an isolator, and a small separate board with a Himel 40A MCB and 40A RCCB fitted beside a house's existing EPS distribution board.
Prices
Its website's installation package page (updated 23 March 2026) gives starting prices of RM1,280 for a single-phase 7 kW charger and RM1,500 for a three-phase 11/22 kW charger; its services page FAQ says 7 kW installations start from RM1,200 and three-phase ones average around RM2,000. The standard package lists installation of one charger, the first 10 m of 6 mm² cable in conduit (Mega or Multi brand), a 40A MCB, a Type A 40A RCCB, a 35A isolator, a distribution box, one hacked cable hole, and testing and commissioning. Plaster-ceiling openings, concealed cable, extra power points and thicker cable cost extra. The page doesn't say whether the charger itself is included; ask.

What it does

Its website describes three services:

  • Charger installation for houses and commercial premises, from 7 kW single-phase to 22 kW three-phase chargers, with a 1-year installation warranty. It starts with an off-site or on-site inspection, then a quotation; the wall installation itself usually takes 2 to 4 hours, it says.
  • Site preparation for a charger you plan to fit later: an electrical assessment and any upgrades needed first.
  • Troubleshooting of charging systems.

Its store page lists the Wallbox Pulsar Plus 7 kW, SafeCharge 7 kW and Autel MaxiCharger AC 22 kW chargers, with prices on enquiry, and it says it also supplies charger components and spare parts. The website calls it an installer approved by MGTC (the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation) and certified by charger makers such as Wallbox and EO, with a team of ST-certified competent persons. Those are its own claims; the ST contractor registration is the one we checked.

Customer photos on its Google Maps listing (two pictured above) show wall chargers installed at house porches, including Wallbox and Proton units, each with its own isolator. One shows a small separate board with a Himel 40A MCB and 40A RCCB fitted beside a house’s existing EPS distribution board.

Prices it publishes

Its installation package page (updated 23 March 2026) gives starting prices:

PackageStarting from

Three-phase, 11 kW or 22 kW chargerRM1,500

The standard package lists installation of one charger, the first 10 m of 6 mm² cable in conduit (Mega or Multi brand), a 40A MCB, a Type A 40A RCCB, a 35A isolator, a distribution box, one cable hole hacked through, and testing and commissioning. Plaster-ceiling openings, concealed cable, extra power points and thicker cable cost extra. Its services page FAQ gives slightly different figures: 7 kW installations from RM1,200, and three-phase ones averaging around RM2,000. The package page doesn’t say whether the charger itself is included, so ask for an itemised quote. Our single- vs three-phase guide explains when a home charger pushes you towards three-phase.

Its website, sayesb.com, is also flooded with unrelated online-casino posts (the newest hundred, all gambling spam, appeared on 17 and 18 October 2026) and hidden gambling links. They look like spam added by someone else; the company’s own pages are Home, Services, Store, About and Contact.
