Its online catalogue (298 products, no prices, October 2026) is about half LEMAX: stand, wall, industrial, decorative and ceiling fans, LED tubes and battens, floodlights (including solar), downlight fittings, ceiling lights, emergency lights, PIR sensors, ballasts, insect killers, switch sockets, extension sockets, multi-adaptors and a travel adaptor. It also lists LMX 16AX flush switches, a switched multi-adaptor and heavy-duty extension cord reels; GREENTEK TV antennas and boosters; GREENTUBE fluorescent and LED tubes and a T5 LED fitting; and MXWELL cable (flexible 3-, 4- and 5-core, twin flat, telephone, CAT-5E/6 and coaxial). Although its FAQ says it supplies only its own brands, 34 catalogue items carry other brand names: 16 Berlin (switches, a dimmer, extension sockets, adaptors, a weatherproof isolator, and MCBs and RCCBs marked SIRIM), Smart and Yoko hot plates, Smart night lights and Maxpro AV accessories; many more (industrial plugs and sockets among them) are unbranded. Photos on its Google Maps listing show a warehouse stacked with LEMAX 60-inch ceiling-fan cartons and LMX 1.5 mm² PVC insulated cable cartons (100 m coils), containers packed with LEMAX fan cartons, and LMX travel-adaptor cartons on a pallet labelled 'For Export' (camera-dated 2022). Reviewers describe warranty pick-up of floodlights from their office and a fan-bracket repair arranged by phone and WhatsApp.

What it sells
Lee Hoe says it supplies only its own brands, mainly to other businesses. Its website catalogue lists 298 products without prices (October 2026); about half carry the LEMAX name:
- LEMAX: stand, wall, industrial, decorative and ceiling fans; LED tubes and battens, downlight fittings, ceiling lights and floodlights (including solar floodlights and street lights); emergency lights, PIR sensors and ballasts; insect killers; switch sockets, extension sockets, multi-adaptors and a travel adaptor.
- LMX: 16AX flush switches, a switched multi-adaptor and heavy-duty extension cord reels. Photos on its Google Maps listing also show cartons of LMX travel adaptors and LMX 1.5 mm² PVC insulated cable in 100 m coils.
- MXWELL: flexible 3-, 4- and 5-core cable, twin flat cable, telephone, CAT-5E/6 and coaxial cable.
- GREENTEK: TV antennas and boosters. GREENTUBE: fluorescent and LED tubes and a T5 LED fitting.
Although its FAQ says it supplies only these brands, the catalogue also lists 34 items under other brand names. Sixteen are Berlin: switches, a dimmer, extension sockets, adaptors, a weatherproof isolator, and MCBs and RCCBs marked SIRIM. The rest include Smart and Yoko hot plates, Smart night lights and Maxpro AV accessories. Many more items, such as industrial plugs and sockets, carry no brand name.
None of these brands has its own page on Locavine yet, and none of the dealer lists we hold (Philips, Schneider, Hager, Maxguard, CHINT) names Lee Hoe.
How to buy

Its website FAQ also says its products are on Lazada and Shopee. A promotion on its Facebook page links LEMAX official stores on Lazada and Shopee; we didn’t open them. We haven’t confirmed whether the Jalan Tago premises sells single items over the counter, so ask first.
Reviewers describe after-sales help. In 2020, floodlights under warranty were collected from and returned to a buyer’s office. In 2019, a broken wall-fan bracket was repaired the next day for RM20 after a phone call and WhatsApp messages. A November 2024 reviewer says a fan enquiry got no reply.
